This amaryllis has quietly resided on our kitchen window sill for at least 4 years now, always coming through with a new glorious bloom each spring.

This amaryllis delighted our household with some brilliant blooms nearly a whole month earlier than last year. It's incredible what beauty is stored in these bulbs!

Last year it was caterpillars that engorged themselves on my outdoor cannabis plant. This year, tons of aphids! The caterpillars were manageable because they were big enough to locate and pull off the buds, but the aphids are just everywhere. I harvested the plant this morning and hung it to dry aft...
